    Foundations. We already do teach the foundations. You just don’t like that we expand upon the foundations with other events that happened in order to provide a chance for students to learn critical literacy.

    Patriots. You want soldiers. Patriotism happens naturally when one loves their country, but they can also be critical which you don’t want because you want obedience and extreme patriotism, not a healthy patriotism.

    Also, I saw 5 sample questions from this “test” in a different article and every answer was D. 🤣

      Oh fuck I think I know where this is going.

      They mean they want to rewrite history and give it a religious spin. This is the argument they use for most “constitutional interpretations” that pretend separation of church and state is a myth.
