I’m one of the few where the cpap, while fixing my apnea, does absolutely dick for my feeling rested.

Others in this thread are saying what helped for them was having a fixed sleep schedule, including the weekends. So no sleeping in, but apparently it can help feeling more rested.

I couldn’t fuckin’ wear the Bane mask. It cut into my ability to sleep so much (and I don’t sleep on my back, period.) that I couldn’t function at work for the whole semester I was required tonwear it by insurance. I mailed it back to the company. They were like “yeah, no problem. About half of patients can do it.”

It threw “pressure fit” errors or some shit, and counted against my required wear time when I tried that. I’d just lie awake until the timer went off that I was allowed to remove it, then flip over and go right to sleep. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Oh I get it. It’s have anxiety attacks every time I put it on, and I’ve been using it for the better art of a decade now. FWIW, I’ve started listening to guided meditation when I go to bed and the breathing exercises help a lot.

But, either way, I hope you find your solution. It sucks being exhausted all the time.

That’s the funny thing. I’m sleeping fine. It was just decided that i’m “supposed” to be sleeping on my back, but I can’t, so a whole series of events wrecked my sleep for a few months. Lol
