    I’m sure they did that and that was the intention on the location, but it was shut down by a judge.

    ETA: Also, these were boys (some teenagers) to men taken without due process in a lot, if not most, of the cases. These could be US citizens and/or legally here people. Regardless, they don’t deserve to die, be tortured, or separated from their families in a prison for any of this.
