“There is one tier of justice for all Americans,” Attorney General Pam Bondi said in a statement after Bolton was charged. “Anyone who abuses a position of power and jeopardizes our national security will be held accountable. No one is above the law."

I remember a similar case a while back where a guy had boxes and boxes of classified documents in his bathroom. I never heard what happened to him.

Yeah that’s the guy! I assume she already has, judging by the words that came out of her mouth. No need to check, I trust she made sure that guy faced justice.

And yet he still has an entire administration of followers. Like, this could easily happen to any single one of them if they step out of line even a little bit. They should be shitting their pants right now and running for the hills when they see shit like this happen. It’s not like they are special in any way or immune. But I guess lack of awareness is a prerequisite to work for his regime.

The indictment does mention 2 unnamed people, but it quite clearly states that he “sent [written diary] entries to individuals 1 and 2 that contained information classified up to the TOP SECRET level”. He also allegedly emailed top secret info to the same individuals. That email was later hacked by Iran, who gained access to government info.

It’s fine to criticize this, but if you’re going to claim you read the indictment, at least read it…

It’s an indictment, not a conviction. This will be thrown out the second it reaches a judge’s desk.

Remember: a grand jury would indict a ham sandwich.

Mmm I want to be outraged at a likely manufactured charge but there’s a certain joy to be had seeing these jackals eating each other.
