The court turned away an appeal filed by Kim Davis, a former county clerk in Kentucky who was sued after refusing to issue a marriage license to a gay couple.
i wonder if they are doing it because of all the mess going in congress, trying to add on repeal this act, on top of the shutdown now ending,etc, its only going to make the gop look really bad. they will probably revisit it as soon as people arnt paying attention.
The supreme court does just enough decent rulings for plausible deniability that the majority is partisan and/or bought and paid for.
