Open Search, click the three dots menu, “Search settings” and turn off “Let search apps show results”. If you did and they still show up, your OS is busted and you should reinstall. Pro tip: don’t use any “debloaters”, they cause all kinds of headaches. EDIT: if this is infuriating to the point you want to switch, skip Linux and go to Mac. Source: Linux user for over a year.
