When I was a kid the racist “MSG in Chinese food” panic was happening. I knew about Chinese salt when I started cooking around 6 or 7

If you post a serious question on friday and are looking only for legitimate answers, then please include the [Serious] tag on your post. Irrelevant replies will then be removed by moderators.
