Department of Homeland Security agents were shot at during an immigration enforcement operation in Chicago Saturday, the agency said — as federal agents were also accused of using pepper spray and flash-bang grenades against protesters across the Chicago area.

A little dated, but you just never get to see headlines like this.

After seeing the reporting here (Big Brother Is Watching Your Online Criticism of ICE Crackdowns) and here (Journalist Reveals FBI Is Offering a “Bounty” for Reporting “Anti-Trump Thought”), I think we could all use some good news.

    Thanks for picking up on the sarcasm, I was worried it might not be apparent enough, but it’s hard to judge with this medium.

    The point I was making with the reply, of course, was that the narrative of ICE only going after hardened criminals is ludicrous on the surface of it, and even if one were to somehow believe that, the numbers simply don’t bear it out.
