I’ve tried on r**** in the past and have had terrible luck. I’m launching a new startup and have a basic landing page but would like to make it more professional, inspiring, etc. I do not want to feed it into AI and I do want to hire someone who will feed it into AI.
I’ve searched communities for a hiring/designer wanted type place and have come up empty handed. Where do you guys go to find talented designers?

Yeah, Matrix can get weird, especially with .org, as .org has a lot of nasty stuff that’s allowed to pass through there. I wonder if there are any instances that de-federate .org that I could use.
Fediverse, no idea, maybe you’ll get some responses from this thread since lots of such people are looking for work. I would probably try Hacker News freelancer/available threads (first business day of each month) or even post on Craigslist if you’re in the right area.
