The people with all that money are the people so narrowly obsessed with money and/or the power money brings that they have dedicated their whole lives to taking it from others. Effectively that means only sociopaths who enjoy abusing others become that wealthy. People with more meaningful purpose in their lives, or who genuinely care for others, don’t become billionaires.
They have OCD, which manifests itself as financial hoarding. If they were hoarding rusty cars on their property, or hundreds of cars, the authorities would step in, and end it.
But if it’s money, then they are loaded as successful businesspeople, and strongly encouraged to expand their hoarding behavior.
Confiscate their stolen hoard, and get them help for their mental illnesses.
