I’m not a vegan but it’s pretty obvious that the vitriol aimed at them and other animal rights activists is largely an emotional outburst from being confronted with the reality that meat eaters contribute to an immoral and depraved industry. Notice how meat eaters never can handle the debate and resort to anger and hostility? They revert to angry children because confronting their consumption of meat exposes them in a way they can’t really defend.
Yeah, but at the same time, what these activists are doing is largely unproductive, a waste of their time, and mostly just serves to make their pursuits unpopular. This is bad activism.
