The city of Minneapolis said it is "aware of a shooting involving federal law enforcement" near East 34th Street and Portland Avenue, urging people to avoid the area.

yep. you literally pretty much have to.
this woman was trying to leave and they tried to take her out of her car without reason and then shot her in the face because they felt like it.
