Talk to people. Your neighbors, colleagues, people you meet at protests and demonstrations. Normalize speaking out
But most importantly and very simply, don’t give up. Learned helplessness (google the term) is being weaponized against you to keep you apathetic and discouraged. Keep hope and love - for your country, your family, yourself - alive.

From the climate, to global warfare, to the internet and surveillance capitalism, what are you talking about? I really say this with no offense, but Americans really have a misplaced sense of what power they have. They fail to see some that they have, and presume to have some that they don’t.

I apologize, and please don’t take this personally. the message I wanted to say is don’t bring “huh so you think you know because you’re smart better and privileged?” energy, it doesn’t help anyone. It’s not about knowing the “right” thing to do, it’s about doing what we know in our heart is right. I really like the “History offers no control groups” quote, think it sums it up nicely.
