    Sounds like pretty standard perf review stuff I’ve seen at other North American corpos I’ve worhed at. Not saying I like it.

      I hated it with a passion. They’re stupid at best.

      Put your goals here (to keep my job and get a raise). Put your weaknesses here (I hate my job and need to quit, but can’t).

      Glad I got out of those shitty places when I did.

    I demand proof of productivity from Jeff Bezos. Seems to me he just kicks around taking money, crushing other businesses, destroying the environment, messing up people’s lives, sucking up to dictators and making the world worse. Jeff, prove you’re not a waste of precious resources!
