Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty on Friday urged the public to send any video or evidence of the fatal shooting of Renee Good directly to her office, despite the Trump administration assigning the investigation solely to the FBI.

Why It Matters

The FBI has barred Minnesota law enforcement from joining the investigation or reviewing key evidence in the fatal shooting, asserting full federal control over the case.

Local prosecutors said they are weighing legal options as Gov. Tim Walz urged federal officials to reconsider, warning that early statements from Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem defending the agent could undermine confidence in the probe’s fairness.

I’m sorry but am I to ignore what I saw on the already released videos? The pig put his gun through the driver side window and pulled the trigger. At no point was the car going to hit him. It’s unbelievable they are even trying to lie about this.

There’s footage from his phone. The car did hit him, but it’s also clear she didn’t intend to do so. The wheels are turned past him and it just clipped him because he was standing way too close. Still his fault.

It’s believable they are going to lie, as that’s what they do. It’s unbelievable that they will get away with it. Even though that’s also what they do.

no need to give them ammo - when she started moving forward, she was still in the process of turning to the right, and he was in front of the vehicle.

Yes he immediately moved out of the way before firing at her, but there was a short window where the car was moving towards him (keep in mind that vehicles move forward as they move to the side)
