    Two reasons. First, you don’t know that that guy really is a doctor. He could be some random crazy person. Second, if she lives, she can sue.

      That never happens, also the response isn’t “no” it’s any sort of question to discern if they are telling the truth.

      Not an acceptable reason. I’d actually expect that medical personnel probably do in fact carry some sort of documentation that identifies them as such, likely for this very reason.

      Second, if she lives, she can sue.

      So…they want 1st degree murder rather than manslaughter charges. Actively blocking medical aid demonstrates explicit premeditated intent.
