Russia buys Iranian Shahed drones to bomb Ukraine. India and China buy Iranian gas for cheap (because it’s sanctioned everywhere else).

Those would be the major players upset at Iran getting hit.

It also depends on the nature of the strikes. Targeted eliminations are probably not gonna draw much if any condemnation. Large-scale bombing for a sustained duration would be another matter.
