So this is an interesting angle. If an individual is open carrying near certain places, like a protest, a permit is required. That means they can ask for that permit, and ask them to pull down thier face covering to verify they match the ID.
Now I am sure the feds will say that since they identified themselves as federal agents, they don’t need to. But where is that line. Law enforcement doesn’t feel the need to prove it is law enforcement to us pleebs. But how do they feel about other supposed law enforcement refusing to follow thier orders to provide ID. Could be interesting.

Hopefully, the Black Panthers will get permits and open carry. They can wear reflective vests, and provide backup to the cops if ICE resists arrest.
