It’s funny because I hate everyone involved in this conflict. Iran, Israel, USA. They are all the same. Would not mind seeing some more dead dictators.

Your wish is granted. Russia with China are now the world’s police. Taiwan invasion finally happens. Western chip availability (and therefore tech prices) in shambles. Russia now convinced they can finish off Ukraine and go for entire eastern bloc, because at this point NATO no longer functions. Every country besides BRICS are scrambling for self survival. China goes all out on imperialism in Africa. Next 30 years we see way more wars and deaths than last 30.
But hey, as republicans say it - anything to own the libs, no matter how painful or stupid it is.

This is the British meaning of surgeon, so just general doctor vs. doctor who cuts people up.
A police surgeon is a doctor trained in forensics. They assess injuries after an assault, whether a prisoner needs medical attention, etc. They are often a normal operating doctor who does police work when needed.
That sounds similar to what would be called a “medical examiner” in the US.

There’s some differences. For example a surgeon in British English can be called Mr instead of Dr.

Probably “medical examiner” or similar medical doctor that does work for the police to determine things like cause of death and other injuries possibly obtained while dying.
