It’s an anti fascism organization that had groups in every major city, even the smaller ones like mine. I live in a red state where I’m mostly surrounded by Trump signs in people’s yards yet the only Trump supporters in my life are family members who I cut off for that very reason. I don’t have to deal with any others unless I’m in public. The reason for this is because, guess what?..There aren’t so many fucking insane Trump supporters, even in a red state, that i cannot successfully avoid them in my day to day. Unless im at work, I dont see them or hear their bull shit (their bullshit that sounds just like yours but using different labels, Americans instead of immigrants or blacks or gays, it doesn’t matter bigotry is all the same) because unlike your twisted media influenced pov of America, we are not 99% Trump supporters. Idk the real percentage, it’s most likely closer to 50%. If I were to do a survey of everyone in whatever place you live, I guarantee about 50% of them would be walking trash and I would include you with them.

Take note it WILL put a target on you, and you WILL need to be careful about opsec, infosec, etc as the feds likely have agents in there. Organizing there is one reason I’m not in the US currently. But you want to find others to organize with, that’s where you start. ESECIALLY in red states.
Having done it, I will say that organizers in red states tend to be more effective, just because of the pressure that’s there.
