I have always done some kind of work out in my life, however, as of the last two years i’ve stopped caring about it and had no interest in it. I did swimming from 4 to 14 years old, and from 14 to 16 i went to the gym pretty constantly, but now as an 18 year old i don’t do anything. I’ve found myself missing swimming, but mostly just giving up on the gym because i stopped finding enjoyment in it. However i am well aware that i should probably do something, it’s just very hard to want to do it in the first place. I don’t really care about being strong or handsome, but i’ve always been overweight since i was a little kid and even tho i’m on a diet, i struggle with losing weight and the advice is always “go to the gym”. How do YOU manage to find motivation to work out?

    Friends.

I also find training to be able to do something motivational. I got into running because that’s how I was in video games, if you just run there, it’s way faster. I like martial arts because I want to be able to protect myself and others in ways that desculate tensions. I like lifting weights because sometimes I need to lift heavy things but not often enough to build the muscles on its own. Etc
