If they truly want martial law until the election is confirmed, to ensure the election wasn’t ‘rigged’, they should invite a UN peace keeping force to administer it.

They should just skip the whole walk around the park and just give their supporters brown shirts, arm bands and some kind of blunt force weapon (with no restrictions) … and to keep them motivated in the evenings, get them to parade around with torches at night
