President Donald Trump told voters to pretend he was on the ballot in this year’s midterm elections.
They did. And they resoundingly rejected both his policies and his Republican Party.
Democrats have captured full control of Congress, NBC News projects, with voters delivering a forceful repudiation of Trump’s agenda, coupled with a clear-cut message that Congress has not done enough to provide checks on his administration and needs to do more to address affordability and corruption.
Trump left office before and he’ll leave it again.

It should frighten you more that they would even think that they can just go on living after all they’ve done. And all of you will accept Democrats working WITH him? Allowing him to taint this country and the office for another two years of more illegal and immoral corruption? Do you think they are going to stop Kushner? The cryptobribes? The secret Russia trips? Elon sabotaging Ukraine? Him selling secrets? Him and all of his cronies destroying the Epstein files? All of the missing oil and money from Venezuela? Assassinating an ICC Investigator that was looking into his WARCRIMES?

How about give the Democrats a couple days after they get in power on January 20th before you or op start acting all defeated.
They’ve let a bunch of oligarchs slowly coup the government in broad daylight over the course of half a century… we’ve been waiting far longer than a week lol. The Dems outlined their priorities, ACA tax credits. Thats not good enough and that is not the sign of an opposition party. A real party would have had Project 2028 and would begin implementing everything that they could and destroying project 2025. It’s telling that this is not a goal at all.
