Aiming for the heart is really stupid. At best it is a little quicker than cutting your arteries, at worse you just damage or even miss it, further increasing your pain and potential disability to do anything about your situation. Even headshots can have rare failure rates but at least you’re directly aiming at your main nervous system, your source of consciousness.
