Jack Sweeney, the creator of an account tracking Elon Musk’s private jet in real time, has moved to Mark Zuckerberg’s Twitter-rival Threads after being suspended from Twitter last year.
You can also find it on Mastodon, @elonjet@mastodon.social
Didn’t know that. Thanks lol
I guarantee you if he puts a Zuckerberg tracker on Twitter, Elon won’t say shit about that one.
Are you implying he’s not actually a free speech absolutist and only said so for clout from his cult of worshipers?
The Elongated Muskrat would never say anything just for clout, obviously OP just doesn’t understand or appreciate his genius!
/S in case it wasn’t obvious.
Is it back? Few days ago it was reported being removed: https://www.theverge.com/2023/7/7/23787101/the-elon-musk-private-jet-tracker-was-on-threads-but-not-anymore
Just checked, it’s active on threads if you search “elonjet”
You love to see it 🛬
See? Not everyone on social media is a bigot. Some of us hate rich people as much as you do, or at least as much as you would if you knew how shitty you have to be to people to become a billionaire.
I hate Elon but can someone ELI5 why we really need his live coordinates and not just 24h delayed ones?
We don’t need it. It annoys Elon, which makes it hilarious.
If Elon just ignored it, and wasn’t a crybaby, then nobody would care about Elonjet.
It’s how plane tracking works, all flights are tracked in real time. Once the one he’s on has been pointed out you can track it on various apps and services.
My question is why we need it?
It is just returning the favour. These tech billionaires hoover up so much of our data, it only seems fair that we publicise their publically available data too.
Fair enough, looks like I don’t hate him to that level then as I still don’t see the point in wasting time to do something just because Elon seems to hate it and I certainly won’t let him live in my head rent-free.
Then don’t. Nothing in the world compells you to follow this account or even think about it. The point is to demonstrate that even billionaires aren’t about the law.
