      No, Hollywood is full of original and creative ideas.

      But the film industry isn’t in the business of original ideas. They make and sell marketable products with the intention of financial return.

        There’s that famous quote from the CEO of Disney where he says something like “we don’t make art, we make money. Sometimes in the process of making money we make art, but that’s just a coincidence” (me paraphrasing)

          Is the full quote, and it’s such an unbelievably reasonable statement for a Disney CEO, it’s insane that people have taken it, stripped it of all context and made it sound like Eisner was some kind of greedy art hater.
