The one that stays quiet, gives the benefit of the doubt in all possible circumstances, never takes action when involved in the conversation personally, and can objectively set themselves aside before taking action as a mod; the mod that is invisible to everyone that matters and takes the actions that a distinct majority support.

Back when Spiceworks was actually usable there was a community manager and mod called Nick. Top bloke all around, could dish out as well as he could receive. Knew when to reign us more wild members of the community in and when to let us be.

Even to the point of crashing the websites database.

I used to play a game with a guy who became a mod of it’s subreddit. Absolute sweetheart and always the guy putting is hand up to help out or contribute to the group. Guy hated being a mod but something needed to be done to stop it falling apart, so up his hand went as usual.

IDK, but surely not one of the ones who has ever deleted a comment of mine.

I don’t know that I’ve ever met any mods IRL, but virtually, probably the original mod from r/Hammocks that disappeared years ago (snuggie I think?). I would describe them as compulsively helpful.
