The president’s son is currently standing trial on three felony gun charges that could carry a sentence of up to 25 years in jail if he is found guilty.

Asked if he would rule out issuing a pardon for his son, Biden replied, “yes.”

It’s sad that this is newsworthy. We’re really going to miss reasonable decisions if Trump wins in the fall.

Hey now. Trump would definitely rule out pardons for his sons too.

Edit: For different reasons though, lol.

        For Trump Jr maybe.

For the others, I don’t think he’d care enough to write the pardon, let alone rule it out.

Main reason it’s news worthy is that Clinton actually did pardon his brother. Trump would absolutely pardon any family members though.

I have made my decision, I am not going to vote for Hunter Biden. It took lots of articles and lots of social media but they convinced me.

This just shows contrast between a nepotist who would pardon himself and anyone he thinks is usefull. With a president that actually cares about the rule of law and knows that giving his son a free pass wrecks the legal system.

The last week pardons of presidents are insane and far worse people have received one. I really wouldn’t mind him pardoning Hunter, but it’d be politically savvy to wait until after the election and not pardon Hunter if he loses it.

I hope he pardons him during the lame duck period.

As much as I loath Biden, the one humanizing aspect of the anti-desegregation zionist is that he loves his son despite his constant failures.

He can love his son and also democracy and justice too - i.e. allow his son to go to what will surely be like a resort vacation spa that they will call “prison” (not bc he’s special, just bc he’s rich).

FDR was at least smart enough to buy guillotine insurance in the form of social democracy in response to unrest, Biden’s response to 2020 was “fund the police”, followed by ending the “pandemic” anti-poverty measures.

I know America is not great at teaching math, but FDR died in 1945, which was 79 years ago. I’m no mathematician, but 79 is greater than 50.

Also, it’s weird that you accuse Biden of being against desegregation and then tout FDR who was just an out-and-out racist.

Complete buffoon confirmed. Without Biden’s actions after Trumps complete covid fuckup we lose 2-3 million more Americans. STFU.

Actions such as ending testing, the eviction moratorium, stimulus checks, free vaccinations, the expanded child tax credit, etc?

Trump fucked up covid by promoting ending testing, reducing the quarantine time, and pretending it was over, all of which Biden proceeded to do. Bad things don’t become good when team blue does it.

Lol, yeah right! It’s election season, but as soon as that’s done, he’ll pardon Hunter. He should’ve just admitted it though. Everybody knows he’s lying

I don’t see why he wouldn’t do it. It’s his son. trump has pardoned criminals waaaay worse who then went on to commit more of the same crimes they were pardoned for. He also gave medals to people who were wholly undeserving of said medals.

Hell now that trump is a convicted felon how about undoing the bullshit he did while in office. Take away the medals from those assholes who don’t deserve it and throw the criminals he pardoned back in jail.

If he was a detective, wouldn’t all his past cases be under scrutiny? Why is that not the same for a president? It should be put to higher standards than police work.

Uh huh…we’ll see. He’s already lied for him time and time again saying the laptop was Russian disinformation when he already knew that wasn’t true and abused his power by getting Facebook and Twitter to block the story and suspend the New York Post’s account in order to interfere in the last election but you don’t think he would clear his son before leaving office?
