Edit: downvote all you want but frequent power cycling DOES reduce the life span of capacitors over time more than just leaving it in a low power or hibernation state, and also generates rapid thermal changes in components that puts more stress on them. Uuuh, I’m pretty sure 13s of CPU time is not that taxing on the hardware.
