As was race/gender inequality. Is the Constitution just a piece of paper written by rich white slave owners or a static document of supreme law?

Neither, it’s a flexible document and has been amended many times. 27 times, to be precise. Removing birthright citizenship would require a constitutional amendment.

There’s a reason that Germany, France, Sweden - y’know, all the European countries that “do it right,” don’t have birthright citizenship.

I have nothing against them, but Germany, France, and Sweden should not be models for US government.
