Not sure why you’re getting so much shit for this! Because of how polarized the US is, people do a lot to telegraph their leanings one way or another, either through style or speech hinting at what they believe. A lot people make it pretty easy to tell their political leanings quickly.

Also, Democrats are a fair bit more likely to have a passport than Republicans, so if you’re meeting someone abroad, adds are somewhat higher they don’t support the current shitshow.

Really need to put “Emergency” in quote marks on that one. The only emergency there is a president who doesn’t understand basic economics.
