Do you have a source for China allowing anyone who isn’t cisgender to adopt? I have only ever heard that it is an instant denial.

Ty, the only one I was familiar with is https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nassau_Inter-County_Express
Is that a thing outside of Long Island?
Small detail, New York City has three public library Systems (New York, Queens, and Brooklyn). While all three have Banned Books events, BPL specifically (in conjunction with Boston Public Library, LA County Library, San Diego Library and Seattle Public Library) runs a service called Books Unbanned that is said to offer a full collection of Banned Books (I believe NYPL and QPL’s banned collections are curated/limited) to essentially any US resident (Many libraries have residency requirements although I believe NYPL and QPL have waived those [when I was kid you had to bring a piece of mail in NYC to get a card]).
Scaling, MacOS has no actual scaling it will only lower the resolution, and using Retina on anything that isn’t sold in an Apple store (and even then) just simply does not work. It essentially has no HiDPI support past using native resolution with slightly larger text that is not adhered to by most of the operating system itself. I am at a loss at why you think this is well handled, what criteria are you using?
I feel this is one of those few sectors, like wifi compatibility, where Windows completely destroys Linux, MacOS, and BSD. As someone who regularly switches between operating systems on bare metal & 4K, trying to use a HiDPI display on *nix is painful and will only kinda work with caveats after 100 hacks (as seen here), whereas Windows has a zoom slider that just works.
There was/is but its about licensing rather than Raygun’s performance Source
You clearly aren’t familiar with Juan Guaido, and the fact that basically the same thing happened six years ago.
Op posted two links, the one in his comment is the original story. Below is the other link his comment refers to:

CHICAGO (AP) — The dead woman who was found entangled in a baggage conveyor belt at Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport died by suicide, authorities said Friday.
The Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office concluded following an autopsy that the 57-year-old woman died by asphyxiation from hanging.
Firefighters responding to a 911 call found the woman’s body entangled in the belt around 7:45 a.m. Thursday in a baggage room near a terminal that serves international flights.
According to police, surveillance footage shows the woman entering the area around 2:27 a.m. Thursday, but it doesn’t show what happened to her. The room where the woman was found is off limits to the public.
Police declined to comment further on the matter pending the outcome of an investigation.

Personally a San Pellegrino person but significant others hate small bubbles, Saratoga Springs seems to be the best compromise in the small vs big bubble debate.
Plot twist, you have to partner with Richard Stallman for the first open source licensing to get off the ground and end up with GNU plus BSD and its all powershell commands.
Being anti-zionist is not being anti-semetic.
He was arrested in Houston en route to Dallas. Dallas/Ft-Worth Police were looking for him. By not waiting to arrest him in Dallas he now has to be extradited (most likely by car) from Houston to Dallas possibly with a hearing involved. Side note this obviously costs taxpayers substantially more money, and inconvenienced substantially way more people for a misdemeanor charge. There is either more to this story or it was overall a very poor choice not to wait a few hours.
I was referring to your requirements for being a state. Even in your explanation you state that they have no land, therefore no mailing address, so thats why they are not a nation.
So an army and a mailing address?
How somebody with thousands of posts, literally hundreds a day saying that, I guess I missed the joke cause you of all people shouldn’t say that.
My question is about any type of non “conventional” couple being approved for adoption in China. As I understand it, their policy involved a strict “moral standing” to adopt, anything that deviated was instantly denied. So I am confused as to how any queer people would pass that test, let alone that its happened.
