The “faith based therapy” thing make everything make a whole lot more sense…

Oh wow, haven’t watched Beer and Board Games in a while!
“Why don’t you donate that money?”
“Why don’t you?”
You know, when I read The Handmaid’s Tale back in high school, I didn’t think the ending made any sense. How do you have tourists just walking around taking pictures when there’s horrible human rights violations happening in plain sight?
I think I get it now.
Honestly the accounts of the woman who visited almost bother me more than the men. Even as a tourist she wasn’t allowed to do certain things, but she can just leave whenever she wants. Wonder how her friends among the locals feel about that.
Lol as if these generations are doing anything different than they were doing before. Kids have always lied about their age to do adult things. Not saying it’s healthy, just like it wasn’t healthy for kids to get their older brother to buy cigs, but it’s not a unique problem and these generations are far from a “lost cause”.
As unenforcable as they’ve always been, and honestly I prefer it that way. Really don’t want to give my ID to random websites.
I remember getting in trouble in preschool for wondering aloud how you spell “bitch.” Timeout wasn’t even the worst part; they ruined all my markers ;(
Cool, the thing we were assured wouldn’t happen because free market or something.
Even if it’s decided that the EPA has the proper authority, the damage will be done by the time it makes its way through the courts.
The EPA order requires the development of a system specifically designed for PFAS. A similar system is estimated to cost about $25m to develop, or about 0.1% of the air force’s annual budgeting.
Cool cool cool cool cool cool cool…
I mean, it’s not cope, I just like 7 and 8. I’m not a huge Star Wars fan, I’m not out to change anyone’s mind, I just liked the movies as a fun adventure with some good themes. I didn’t like 9 because my favorite part of 7 and 8 was the idea that you don’t have to be from some powerful family to be a hero (something that was better executed in Knives Out), but 9 really threw all that away.
But they’ll be consistent with the logic that you can’t legally be forced to divulge your medical information… right?
To be fair, the tech job market is in a pretty shit position right now. For many people it’s not possible to leave their current job, even if they hate it (ask me how I know).
Out of curiosity, what is the practical use of full N-key rollover? I can’t think of many things that require me to press more than maybe five keys at a time.
Definitely this, and maybe a motorized scooter for days that really require you to move around. Also check the conference site or call them to see if they offer any accommodations. But, OP, you’re probably not gonna be making it 15-25 miles a day no matter what you do. Be honest with yourself and others about your limitations and don’t push yourself too hard. Have a backup plan to get around if you need to.
Good luck! The journey may be tough but I believe you will make it.
NPR’s Serial series had a great season about Gitmo. The last two episodes in particular discuss why this case has been drawn out so long. They also talk with a group of family members of victims who support the plea deal if only to get some closure via official statements from the detainees.
You can certainly keep the original comment, just with an addendum. Of course you don’t have to, but it could prevent further misunderstanding
Perhaps you could edit your first comment, otherwise people won’t know that you see things differently now.
I would beg someone to explain code switching for him, but I doubt he’d care.
Honestly who cares if he wears a diaper? Nothing wrong with that, he’d be a terrible person with or without it.
Seriously, the courts are heaping all of this blame on the mother when the kids repeatedly report physical and sexual abuse by their father.
Insane. The logic is nonexistent.
