I’m on a 3 year cycle with the iPhone, now. Last one I held on to for 3 years and the 15 Plus I have now is going to be in use until, at least, the iPhone 18.
I don’t really give a shit about the impact on the economy.

Steam Machine is interesting. It feels like a solid time for someone to disrupt TV based gaming.

It’s tough dude. I have a shorter work week, so I’m in a slightly better position but young kids definitely make it challenging. The bedtime routine stuff is exceptionally frustrating as you start to resent the time being consumed by it.
I try to find pockets of me time. On a day off, I try to find that hour to play some Xbox and just unwind. At work, I try to read or catch up on a TV show on my break. Just pockets of using the mind differently.
It was a big deal when it happened. Much of my family works in public education so there was definitely a big conversation about the administration’s lack of action.

I think he means that people finding Reddit content through apps like ChatGPT are not clicking through on the sources link to wind up at Reddit itself.

They have better brand recognition and more general consumer centric product (image generator, video generator, etc).

If you answer with anything other than some variation of “why don’t you find out for yourself?” You’re going to blow your chances.

Solid context that I hadn’t considered. Thanks.

Tyson, the largest U.S. meat company, will pay $55 million. Cargill agreed to pay $32.5 million. The proposed accords are the first for consumers in the price-fixing litigation, which began in 2019.
Attorneys for the plaintiffs have estimated there are about 36 million potential class members in 26 states and the District of Columbia.
So, $2.50 per claimant? lol that’ll teach them.

He didn’t get convicted on much of it, though. It’s a flawed system and a poor person would have been locked away forever.

I actually stepped my subscription tier down because of the price increase on Ultimate. Wasn’t worth the 50% jump for me.

A 50% increase is ridiculous. I just stepped down to Standard/Premium. I don’t play enough to justify that kind of price hike.

You need to be mindful of specs when looking at commercial panels. Video quality is not a primary focus so I’ve seen them use 8 bit and even 6 bit panels instead of the recommended 10 bit or 12 bit panels.

LG OLED. You can find last year’s models at some price clubs. I’ve seen the 65” C4 for like $1100 which is great.

Monopolies gonna monopolize

I’m sure my fondness for that time is mostly nostalgia, but AIM was so kickass, man.
