There’s an indie production called “EPIC: The Musical” that is absolutely amazing and slowly gathering a cult following on the internet. It’s not a movie though, but a concept album. Fans have added simple drawn animation for each song. This is the most original thing I’ve seen in a while.


Meanwhile, I’m coming home to my wife like “You won’t believe this! Just heard a podcast about washing machines in Nicaragua that I need to tell you about!”
Wish I could smell like Hegelian dialectic or categorical imperative or something like that.
I agree. Most countries are trying to reduce their dependency on the USA right now. And why wouldn’t they, when the whole world can watch how Trump uses this dependency as a weapon against them.
I’m not sure if he doesn’t understand trust and soft power or doesn’t care. Maybe he realized that he is able to utilize it to temporarily get what he wants, which makes him look like a tough negotiator, and that someone else will have to deal with the long-term consequences of the broken trust.
