Summary

Former UK Prime Minister Liz Truss said at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) that Britain is “failing” and called for a UK version of Trump’s “MAGA” movement to push change.

Truss, who was prime minister for only 49 days and lost her seat in last year’s election, has become a marginal figure in British politics but found support at CPAC, which now embraces Trump-style populism.

The conference featured right-wing figures from Hungary, Brazil, and the U.S., including Steve Bannon, who promoted deep state conspiracy theories.

CPAC leaders condemned globalist organizations like the UN and EU, vowing support for Trump’s return.

FUCK no. At least it’s coming from truss, who is trying to be relevant. That’s all. Anything with her name on it is doomed to fail.

Liz Truss is a nazi in the same camp as musk. I know who’ll be in front of the firing squad when push comes to shove.

Why is Salad Lady still making public statements? She had her chance and sucked too much, she can retire from politics and do some manual work now.

Would that be the same changes that Liz Truss put forward that nose-dived the bonds market by announcing unplanned tax cuts?

What a day that was. It would almost be funny if it wasn’t still fucking with people’s mortgage rates.

Anyone who looks at what is going on in the US and says “that’s a functional democracy that we should emulate” should be blocked from holding any office forever.

It’s wild to accuse the UK of having a Deep State when Yes, Yes they Do. It’s called the Crown. Charles could instantly dismiss parliament at anytime (in theory) so would a MEGA movement be anti-Royalist? Lol

We need to suck up and be like Trump/Elon is the new trope of failed and irrelevant politicians in Europe now.

The neoliberal far right FDP party in Germany will likely not make it into the parliament in Sundays election after blocking and blowing up the previous government. As they declined in the polls, they copied and talked more about MAGA, Milei and the like. Meanwhile Musk didnt even bother to reply to their head and former finance minister.

I guess for Truzz it is the same thing. Only thing that worries me, is that these people usually sell themselves to the highest bidder. So someone is paying them for that.

This might just be the time for Volt to swoop in and steal the grindset vote from them.
