Summary

Jennifer Piggott, a self-proclaimed “MAGA junkie” from Parkersburg, West Virginia, regrets voting for Donald Trump after being fired from the Bureau of Fiscal Service during widespread cuts under DOGE.

Despite earning top performance reviews, she was among 125 civil service workers dismissed, sparking local outrage.

Piggott expressed disappointment, saying she expected Trump to protect working-class jobs.

A federal judge ordered reinstatement, but the Trump administration appealed to the Supreme Court, leaving affected workers on paid leave.

Piggott has faced vandalism and threats after speaking out.

That’s so weird because I expected the rapid onset of a dystopian hellscape so I don’t know, Jennifer, what do you think went wrong?

Damn it’s almost like we both observed objective reality instead of sticking our heads straight up MAGA’s asshole for the entire election.

There once was a woman named Piggot
Who voted for a dumbass bigot
    Then she lost her job
    Along with poor Bob
And she thought she really would dig it.

I’ve always known the average voter is a huge idiot with a tiny attention span, but articles like this really put into perspective how bad it is. How the fuck do you manage to forget the COVID pandemic? Did everyone really buy the “Chinese bioweapon” propaganda in order to avoid blaming Trump or something?

Trump was awful before and already ballooned the debt once. How do you not expect it to happen again?

Honestly, even if you thought it was a Chinese bio weapon, he did a terrible job managing it. If anything it makes him bad at managing public health AND espionage.

I argued with a woman on Facebook who said this very thing. She told me the economy was excellent when Trump left office and posted a graph of the DJIA that ended in 2018. When I posted the rest of the graph showing it down in January 2021 and brought uo Trump’s stimulus checks, she claimed “it was the Democrats fault for shutting the economy down” while still sticking to her original argument that the economy was excellent.

I swear these people have severe brain damage.

She expected her boss to be fired and her coworkers to be placed in subservience under her trumpee authority. This is guaranteed what every trumpee who lost their fed job thought was gonna happen. Delusions of grandeur.

What about these voters makes them unable to sympathize with others when it happens to them? I don’t work in the federal government, but I feel very sad for them when I see them getting fired and their agencies disassembled.

    Say hi to Jennifer Piggot!

This cunt is a raging bigot.

    Trump cast her out,

    fucked around and found out;

her eyes gush tears like a spigot.

that’s funny. as far as the government is concerned if you aren’t in a specialized position and are just doing a job you’re just an irrelevant face in the crowd who doesn’t matter. your positions were going to be the first to be slashed outright. and he told y’all that. and you voted for him anyway.

my concepts of sympathy for you.
