Each bomb that hits the houthis is a favor to the rest of the world. Given as a gift, by the USA.

What about the 17 innocent civilians that died during this bombing?

You know… The war crime part

They should have taken it upon themselves to overthrow the houthis like 20 years ago already. The houthis holding the Suez hostage for more than a year economically hurts multiple billions of people. The damage they are feeling is a small fraction of the damage they have done to the rest of the world. It’s just not easy to show a representation of a small % of damage to the entire global economy like you can show a viral video clip of a bomb landing.

If “economic hurt” justifies a bombing campaign, then imagine what else would be justified. America economically devastated Iraq, so it’s only fair that the Iraqi airforce comes over and drops a few hundred tons of bombs on us.

By your logic, Iraqi bombs should be dropping on your house and killing your family. And following your insane logic, it would be your fault that your family is dead, because you should have taken it upon yourself to overthrow the Republican Party regime.

Brutally ‘solving’ a problem entirely caused by the U.S, all while trying to demand gratitude from the rest of the world.

U.S foreign intervention in a nutshell, really

I want everyone who isn’t vocally opposing the war on terror to see videos like this until they fucking learn human empathy.

I don’t think a missing human emotion can legitimately be learned. Sociopaths can do ok at faking it but they will never actually feel it.

Yet you can injure people with culture. Constantly stoking emotions like fear and its siblings hatred, loathing, and obedience, eventually stimulates the amygdala into an enlarged state.

The problem is not just ideology, it’s biology. Cults are freaky, man. There’s the psychology of inducing trances and there’s even probably some weird acausal shit that we don’t understand and would label magic.

But our persistence as a species relies on us figuring it out.

The only difference between you and them is where their empathy lies. War is awful shit, but often used to end other much more awful, and less visible shit.

You do realize we’re talking about the war on terror here right? If you think there’s something more awful than bombing an apartment building and killing 53 people being prevented by this shit then I don’t even know what to say.

I looked up what this is about:

The Houthis had “pledged to restart their attacks on Israeli-linked vessels” in the wake of Israel’s renewed bombardment of Gaza this month

So maybe you’re right, although I wouldn’t call what’s happening in Gaza “less visible”.

Remember all the narrative about the modern warfare and “surgical operations”?

JD Vance said in the signal messages they don’t know who the Houthis are. So surgical operations can’t really exist unless they spot some equipment and can identify it’s purpose as being an anti ship weapon.

Really they are just bombing innocents more than likely and hoping for I don’t know what
