The license says 9PEN155. I think it says PENIS. The driver was a man. Did this guy win the license plate lottery? Or did he pay for a vanity plate that was subtle enough that it got through the censorship?

      interesting theory. Now that I think of it, the driver did have the face of someone I could imagine being a Urologist.

      I will edit the post from customized license to vanity plate since you are correct.
