Well, kids learn from thier parents. Unfortunately he was taught to hate. I don’t think he is to blame. But of course he can’t just go free either.
Kids also learn from unfettered access to the internet, which it sounds like was a big factor in this case.
The internet tends to reinforce more than teach. Echo chambers tend to do that.
