My house would be an endless battle of me wondering if I took my meds, and him wondering if he got his treats.

All well and good until Mr mittens realises he gets a treat every time he jumps up next to the medicine cabinet, and Doris ends up having a feline induced overdose.

Works for me. Every evening at 10 I need to take my meds. I feed my cats their dinner right after. At 9.50 they all come to where I am and start demanding food. I never forget my meds.

One other thing you can do is to set a daily alarm on your phone. The downside of the phone solution is that you can simply turn the alarm off and it just goes away.

But if you rely on cats, then you’ll at least have to go to where the treats are.

      Honestly, it’s a bit of a joke. They don’t.

Of course, cats are not a monolith, so even my statement should be taken with a grain of salt.
