Hard to watch and also hard to believe this is in Belgium. Most resort communities sponsor beach cleanup. The number of people is also surprising. Could this be the result of an large event or is this amount of trash present everyday?
I wonder if it’s always been this way there.
How this is anyone’s idea of a good time is beyond me. This looks like hell. And I know it’s tame compared to Indian beaches, which is all the more upsetting ☹️

How do people stand being there? I would be terrified of getting an infection.
They just got off the rafts, so any soil (in a Western country) is a welcomed sight.
