Oh for sure. I’ve shot many rifles, I’m a good shot with iron sights at 200 yards, any modern scope makes it stupid easy.

The shooter got a body shot, but the bullet hit the steel plate Charlie was wearing and it ricocheted into his neck severing that carotid artery. So goes to show that not even bullet proof vests will stop you from dying.
