I always hated that shit. Just tell me how many questions there are, don’t fucking lie to me with this bullshit.

Yeah that always pissed me off, combined with the teacher always making it seem like no big deal “guys it’s only 3 questions, how could you not do it”. No, it’s 15 unrelated questions that you randomly decided to number this way.

It always fucked with my ADD brain where I was like “oh shit it’s always more than three, now I can’t do any of them” even if it was only like 9 questions.

Also it was always with math, and math after grade 9 was always hard as fuck for me. I’d listen, put the formula in the way I was told, and then the wrong answer would come out. I never understood why.

To this day, I believe there has to be better system for students to be engaged in the learning and actually care that does not include ridiculous assignments and homework. Nowadays teachers are already feeling the brunt of students giving AI answers to stuff they themselves copy pasted for the students to do for years. And then there is this stuff, “is just 2 exercises”, and when you look at it, it is something similar to 2 free writing texts of around 250 to 300 words each. And then multiply this by the amount of subjects in the current year. Is this a beat by submission system for us to work like mules, or am I missing the picture here?

Assuming 1., 2., and 3. are different types of questions with all of their respective subsections being related to a given system I don’t really see the issue. If they are unrelated I agree that they should be labelled differently. And if it’s all just the same formula with different numbers you might as well leave out half.
