We kinda have that already with halloween here. Primary and secondary schools get a week of around 31st oct and 1st nov due to them being holidays (no halloween is not a holiday here it’s a different reason) and we call them potaro holidays. I believe it’s because people tend to harvest their potatoes around that time.
