    What I’m implying is that any small figure would not be enough, I’m an Australian and not that far from minimum wage.

    I’ve seen it in my unfortunately reality, more money just means more money for those owning us.

      If minimum wage went up and your pay didn’t move at all, then you got shafted. Don’t yell at me because you let your employer devalue your labor.

      My point was: whenever we’ve seen areas increase their minimum wages, costs DON’T rise to match that increase. The increase in earnings of the people far outweigh any small increase in prices.

          Not for those that can read.

          I argued for raising the minimum wage. You argued that it wouldn’t even matter. You’re the one shooting yourself in the foot here… And mad at me for having the AUDACITY to argue in your favor.

          You need to get out of your own way and maybe stop attacking allies over imagined slights.
