I’ll go first: Silence Unknown Callers and Filter Unknown Senders on iPhone. No unwanted calls or texts. If someone really needs to reach me but isn’t in my contacts, they can just send a text - it goes into a separate list.

Sounds nice, but half the time the unknown callers are the most important ones.
Like someone from kids’ school or daycare trying to urgently reach me, or a doctor, or health insurance verifying my banking details to send me a huge amount of money (actually happened the previous week…).
I don’t especially like it, but by now realized that it typically is in my highest interest to answer those unknown callers…
Most phones have a screening option these days where it will ask them who they are and show you their answer on your screen before you answer the call. My phone will also let me answer while they are leaving the voicemail.
That’s the nice part of having a number from a different area code from where I currently live. If it’s from my current area code, answer. If it’s from my original area code, ignore unless they’re already in my contacts.
