      Is it that high now? Last figures I saw were about a decade ago, but it indicated that 1/4 of the population would have at least one incident that put them on probation, or incarcerated in their lives.

        The stat I read was from 2015. That includes anyone who was arrested and charged, even if they were not convicted though.
