It’s just one study, but it’s not that wild to think that companies actually do engage in reverse discrimination for the sake of optics. The bigger picture is obviously more complex, but the fact that many leftists simply deny this takes place at all is sad and unhelpful.
That’s not even a remotely objective study. A self-reported anonymous online poll of people who claim to be hiring managers reported what they “believe” about their company’s hiring practices.
