That’s normal for a mountain goat. Not 100m, that’s probably just perspective from the fish eye lens, but easily 20 or 30 meters. That’s how they get down from the heights. And sometimes they die when they trip because they’re going pretty damn fast. It’s like how when you run down a hill you feel like you’re flying, until you aren’t.

I haven’t watched the video and i’m not saying this is real but a 360 cam attached to a stick on the goat’s back would give this same shot. My buddy gets similar shots in his parachute that looks like the camera is floating.

You can go find other videos of goats jumping down mountains. This isn’t some weird conspiracy. The guy strapped a 360 cam to a goat and sent it up and down the mountain and then thought it’d be funny to call it asmr. That’s the joke, not that it’s ai.
